Kate Gosselin just can't live without a camera crew in tow. She was spotted working at a restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina yesterday for about three hours before leaving with the crew and her 'body guard' (speaking of which, I still think there's something going on between these two). Word from TLC is that Kate is working on an upcoming television show, and this was a test segment. Hmm.. Has it really come down to a camera following Kate showing everything she can't do?!
