Introducing Mason Dash Disick

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have finally hit the magazine photo shoot to introduce their son, Mason Dash Disick, who was born on December 14th. So they didn't beat Kendra to the punch (as seen on a previous post), but they didn't wait too long, either. Kourtney waited a measly 8 days before deciding to monetize on the birth of her son; at least she hit the 1 week mark! OR ... Maybe the Kardashinan clan needed those extra few days to decide if Scott really was the true father?! Ha, I'm only kidding. I believe that whole baby daddy drama story was mused up by Kourtney's mother, Kris Jenner, or Kourtney's sister, Khloe Odom (recently married to Lamar Odom). If you follow their reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, you would understand why I say this. But if not, let me just say that Scott is not well liked in the Kardashian household; Drama should be the all of the Kardashians' middle names!

Anyway.. back to the original intention of this post, let's all look at the cover of the mag and say it together, "Awww!"

Lohan House ... dot com

Seriously?! Has it really come to this? The Lohan Family (minus dad) has taken to a website, http://www.lohanhouse.com/, to sell used clothing, shoes, and miscellaneous "collectibles" each member no longer has a need for. A few things came to my mind, as I'm sure they did yours, when first reading about this. Number one, Is the family truly THAT broke that they need to gather income from an online garage sale, if you will? Number two, who wants to buy used clothes from The Lohans?! My guess is that they all reek of either smoke or alcohol ... OR BOTH! Number three, why in the world is a Disney Tinkerbell t-shirt priced at $60?! I would rather go down to Disney World myself and purchase a new one, minus the smoke stench, for $30!

Sorry Lohans, but I don't think this idea was at all ingenious on anyone's part! Oh wait ... the family isn't ingenious anyway! So I guess this is just to be expected!

Kourtney Kardashian ... Baby Daddy Drama

Latest news reports are surfacing that aspiring model and rapper, Michael Girgenti (who goes by stage name Premo Stallone), is the father of Kourtney Kardashian's son, Mason Dash Disick, born just a couple days ago. I know what you're thinking, 'WHOA! ... WHHAT??' And I'm sure that's just the reaction that Michael is hoping for. Some say there is absolutely no validity to this statement. However, sources close to Kourtney say it could be true. Apparantly, before Kourt found out she was preggers, she and Scott were on a break. She did, during that time, hook up with Michael twice, says the source. I wonder though, why all of a sudden are these reports surfacing now? Maybe the baby doesn't resemble Scott Disick, who was reportedly the father. Can you imagine ... sitting in the O.R. with your fiance as she is in labor, only to see that the baby that pops out looks nothing like you.

But, if Kourtney wasn't sure of the baby's father, why give him the last name of Disick? If anything, and she wasn't sure, she would have gave the baby HER last name. Am I right?!

Anyway, if these speculations are true, I feel so bad for Scott. But ... I guess only paternity tests will prove the facts.

Kate Hudson attends Nine Premiere with her Mom

It's a date night! - For Kate Hudson and mom, Goldie Hawn, that is... Kate did not show up to the premier of her latest movie, Nine, on the arm of A-Rod (Alex Rodriguez). I guess this confirms the split of the cutest new couple of the year (that's just my personal opinion). Reports from friends of Alex say the pair split over a week ago. However Alex reportedly wanted it to end over a month ago. Whoa now, A-Rod! Don't go bad mouthin' now that she's gone! Didn't your mother teach you to play nice?

You have to admit, though, Kate still looks ravishing!

Kendra Beat Kourtney To The Punch!

As you can see, Kendra has beaten Kourtney Kardashian in the race to be the first to monetize on the birth of their baby boys! This week's cover of OK! Magazine introduces baby Hank, not even a week after he was born! Man Kendra, you didn't waste any time (like you did when you were in labor - 24 hours!)! This is all in good fun, because I love Kendra, but I did think it would at least be a couple weeks before we saw Kendra or Kourtney's son on the cover of a mag. I have to admit, though ... very cute kid!

Wonder how long Kourtney 'Dash' will wait....

Pink in Black & White... or Black and ... Skin?

I don't understand why people get tattoos that portray their significant other. What happens if they break up? You're stuck with it forever, or stuck paying a ton of money to have it removed (not to mention the pain from the laser treatment). So, where's the logic behind this? Cuz.. I'm NOT seeing it! The picture to the right, if you can't tell, is of Pink.. on Carey Hart's LEG (Carey is Pink's hubby if you don't follow this pair)!

K-Hud and A-Rod Split??

Reports surfaced today about the possibility of a K-Hud and A-Rod split (if you're not familiar with the celeb lingo, that would be Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez). Well.. as much as I hate to keep up with the relationship status of celebs, this one caught my eye. I love Kate Hudson as an actress, and I really thought her and Alex Rodriguez made the cutest couple! However, I do have to point out that it seems the media is trying to push these two into something more than its not (or was, if the split is true). Kate was at all of Alex's games, so immediately it was predicted as a serious relationship. Then, Kate was seen looking at homes with Alex, so all of a sudden they are talking about getting married? Now they have suddenly split because A-Rod was seen in Miami at a club, flirting with various women, without Kate? That doesn't mean they split! That could just mean that Kate is working and A-Rod was just having a good time. Truth be told, men are men and they are always going to flirt. As long as he didn't plant a kiss on some other woman, or anything else of the sort, I say they are fine. I mean, come on people. This is just a normal couple who is dating (as normal as a celeb couple can be, anyway).

At any rate, if the stories of the break up are in fact true, I would be saddened for Kate. So I guess we just have to wait and see what is confirmed.

Kourtney Kardashian Welcomes a Son

Just days after Kendra Wilkinson welcomed her son, Hank Baskett, IV into the world, Kourtney Kardashian follows suit. Kourtney, along with boyfriend/lover/baby daddy Scott Disick welcomed their son, Mason Dash Disick on the morning of December 14th. Wait! Did you notice it... her son's middle name? Yes, you read that correctly, Dash is a shortened version of Kourtney's last name, but also the name of the three sisters' clothing store. So, let me get this straight... Mason (like Mason Jar?) Dash (women's clothing store) Disick (I guess she will be getting married soon and dropping her last name of Kardashian). I wonder if she and her sisters came up with that name?

(Insert ditzy female accent here):

Kourtney: "Like, Oh my gosh guys! You have to hear this! Okay, His middle name could be Dash! Like our store, but also a shortened version of our last name!" Responses of sisters, Kim and Khloe, "Oh my gosh, yea!! That's SUCH a great idea Kourt! Wow! You're sooo smart!" Kourtney, "Hah.. I know!!"

Ok, I'm done. Now, let's see who gets their baby pictures to the magazines first, Kendra or Kourtney! The race is on!!

Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett, III welcomed their son, Hank Baskett, IV into the world early Friday morning. Even though her pregnancy came as a surprise, she is very happy with Hank and her newborn son. Kendra was always my favorite girl of The Girls Next Door (by the way, the new Girls Next Door--are a big N-O! Nobody likes copycats). I'm sure she's going to make a great mom!

Rihanna Gets Inked (again)!

Rihanna's latest tattoo--her motto, "Never a failure, always a lesson". Okay, that's cool... but wait.. it's backwards?! The explanation for this one is ... so that she can read it in the mirror. *insert crickets chirping here* Is it just me, or are you scratching your head at this one too? I'm not too sure I get the logic behind this tattoo decision. Yes, she has a point about the mirror thing, but nobody else can read it. Unless maybe she wants tons of people staring at her chest at the attempt to read backwards. Hmmm.. maybe that's her ploy for attention?!

I'm only kidding. Cool tat, RiRi. Oh yea, and very nice motto.

Tiger Admits To Infidelity, Takes Break From Golf

Hopefully this is one of the last few things we will hear from Tiger Woods and all his drama any time soon. On December 11th, Tiger released a statement to the media, after two shameful weeks of scandalous reports, saying he was taking an indefinate break from golf so he could focus his attention on being a better husband, father and person.

"I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my
infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children. I
want to say to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask
forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I've done, but I
want to do my best to try."

Now, after all that has been brought to the table about Tiger the past couple of weeks, part of me does feel sorry for the guy. Think about how many celebrity men out there (Jude Law, Lil Wayne, etc.) who travel and encounter vast amounts of women throwing themselves at them everyday, some even going as far as to produce a 'love child'. It's a known fact that rock stars, band members, and celebrities alike all enjoy the 'company' of women on the road. That is something that has been going on for years (look at Johnny Cash). So why is the news about Tiger Woods such a surprise to us? I haven't quite grasped that yet. Maybe it's because we all put him up on a pedestol and thought he could never even be capable of doing something wrong? I'm not sure. But one thing I can say is that I am actually surprised that he is laying everything down to pick up the pieces with his family. It takes alot for someone such as Tiger to do that, and at the same time, admit you were wrong.

Everyone makes mistakes. Now, he's recognized his wrongdoings, so let's leave him to try and put the pieces of his life, marriage and family back together in peace.

911 Called To Tiger Woods' House!

Why is it that all the juicy stuff that happens at Tiger Woods' house is in the EARLY morning hours? Just an observation on the latest Tiger news: Elin's mother apparantly collapsed due to stomach pains. The hilarious part about all this is the 911 call, made by Elin at 2:35 Tuesday morning. She is in a panic, rightfully so, but I guess panic overtook her common sense. She called 911 from a corded land line. So, when the paramedic asks to check certain things on her mother, she has to put the phone down, run to her mother, and then run back to the phone to relay the information to the paramedic. Um.. hello! This is not the 90's! Finally, the paramedic asks Elin if there is a phone closer to the bathroom where her mother collapsed. Elin's responds with an 'I don't know. I'll check'. How do you not know where your phones are in your own house? BUT, more importantly ... why aren't you using your cell phone so you can be in the bathroom with your mother the whole time? In the end, she says her mother is fine and apologizes for the call. When asked if she still wanted paramedics to come, she said 'okay, it's not urgent now though.' What?!?? Elin, come one.. everyone feels sorry for all the BS that you've had to endure these past few weeks, but please have some common sense!

Kate Gosselin, The Waitress

Kate Gosselin just can't live without a camera crew in tow. She was spotted working at a restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina yesterday for about three hours before leaving with the crew and her 'body guard' (speaking of which, I still think there's something going on between these two). Word from TLC is that Kate is working on an upcoming television show, and this was a test segment. Hmm.. Has it really come down to a camera following Kate showing everything she can't do?! She's only been out of work for how long now? Seven years? Please tell me there's more to this new tv show than that... Please!!

More Mistresses For Tiger??

When Tiger Woods released his statement that he was going to work on his family and figure things out, I kind of felt bad for him. It seemed everything came crashing down in his life within one week. But since he made that statement, two more women, both from Las Vegas, have come forward stating they also had affairs with Tiger, and two MORE are set to come forward soon. (If you've lost count, thats four so far, and possibly six if the others come forward). The first three are pictured to the left, most recent to the right. I officially no longer feel bad for Tiger; he brought this on himself. I do, however, feel sorry for his wife, Elin. I'm sure that behind closed doors she might not be perfect. Who is? But I know that there is nothing she could have possibly done do deserve to be treated like this. No woman should have to endure the fact that your husband has had affairs with countless women. I think this should be a MAJOR red flag for Elin, and hope she packs her bags, and leaves Tiger to endure all of his multiple affair media scandals alone. Am I right, or am I right?

ABC agrees to Adam Lambert performance

Ever since his performance at the American Music Awards, ABC has cancelled all of Adam Lambert's showings. However, after much thought, accompanied by talks with GLAAD, Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, ABC has agreed to let Adam perform on The View. His December 10th performance will be immediately following his segment for 'The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009'. I think this shows that ABC made their point, and did what they had to do (which was cancel his showings after the racy performance) to keep viewers happy. But now, they are moving on, and giving recognition where it's due. Adam admitted that he was a bit over the top at the American Music Awards, so this is the next step in the process of things calming down.. His fans are happy AND the mothers of the fans are happy; remember, Adam Lambert is NOT a babysitter! I look forward to his performance on the 10th!

Michaele Salahi - White House Party Crasher/Redskin Cheerleader Crasher

The longer the 'white house party crashers' are in the news, the more that pops up about their past. It was recently posted on the Washington Post that prior to Michaele Salahi crashing the party at the White House, she posed as a Redskins Cheerleader, as recent as this past September! She has performed with the cheer squad for multiple halftime shows, but without ever being an actual Redskins Cheerleader. Other girls on the squad were suspicious of Michaele because #1, they didn't recognize her and #2, she didn't know the basic home cheers of the team. Once her face popped up as one of the 'White House Party Crashers', the cheerleaders decided to check her credentials. Much to their surprise, she had never been at an audition or a game, or ever performed. Michaele's brother has spoken up saying there is much to learn about this couple's past. I still don't get what's so great about posing as someone that you're not. I mean, its cool for halloween... Other than that, why do it? So you can illegally meet famous people, but risk being fined, or worse, jailed? I don't see how that measures up. Seems to me that it just comes down to the couple wanting attention, and they'll do whatever they have to do to get it. Despite the fact, I do have to say that I'm curious to see where they might pop up next. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Miley Gets Inked!

Recently in Miami, Miley Cyrus was seen flaunting a new tattoo while relaxing by the pool. The tattoo reads, 'Just Breathe' and is located right below her bikini top. Apparantly the input from her brother, Trace, is the fam is all getting matching tattoos. Is it just me, or does 'Just Breathe' sound like a weird choice of words for an entire family to get branded with? Sounds to me like Miley is trying a bit too hard to run from her Hannah Montana alter ego, and leave her angelic past behind. In my opinion, this just adds to the list of things that go against her being a role model for young teen girls. I mean, how often do dads of 15-16 year olds give permission for their little girls to get inked???

White House Party Crashers Refuse Invitation!

After days of going back and forth with the White House party crashers, Tareq and Michaele Salahi, with the media stating they were crashers, they say "We were actually invited!". Now, the Secret Service has undergone an investigation and actually invited them to testify before the House Committee, but instead of accepting the invitation, THEY REFUSED IT! The first thing that came to my mind when I read this was, "HUH??". The couple went through all the trouble to supposodely sneak into a party at the White House, most likely seeking some sort of fame, but now they won't accept an actual invitation? I'm so confused with this couple. Seems to me they just wanted their 10 seconds of fame, just like the balloon boy family, and now that they got it, they're backing off. Too much attention maybe? Or maybe they have realized the possibility of getting caught, and that scares them! I'd be scared too if the Secret Service was investigating me! To me, the fact they refused the invitation to testify proves their guilt. There's really no other explanation. Unless, of course, they have another party to crash.

Tiger's Statement

Today, Tiger Woods issued a statement on his website apologizing to his fans for his actions. He never really admits to cheating on his wife, but this is the part where he's admitting that he has done something wrong. Now, it's our turn to back off and let him deal with his family, and hopefully work things out for the best with his dear wife, Elin. So, let's respect his wishes and let him do so in privacy.. the way it should be.

...And The Tiger Woods Drama Continues...

I told you my previous post would not be the end of the Tiger Woods drama! And the newest set of stories to add to Tiger's string of drama IS: Tiger is officially being cited for his one car accident for 'careless driving' and being charged a fine (less than $200) along with 4 points to his license. The other woman, Rachel Uchitel, is still holding to her denials of the affair accusations, but now she's claiming that a friend went to the media and was paid $25,000 for the made up story. She has offered to take a lie detector test on top of all that just to prove that she's telling the truth. Meanwhile, ANOTHER mistress has come forward, proudly claiming to have had a 31 month long affair with Tiger, and saying she has pictures, texts and voicemails to prove it. Hmm.... I dont know about you, but this he said she said stuff is really starting to make me tired. I think, in the end, Tiger screwed up, if not once, multiple times. Now he needs to man up, grow a set, and face the consequences of his actions. It's like the Bill Clinton/Monica Lewinsky case; everyone knows you did it, they're just waiting for you to admit it! Maybe if we all took a step back and let Tiger have some space, he will come clean.

None of this will make anything easier for his wife Elin, but I think the women of American would be completely supportive of her if she decides to leave Tiger. Am I right ladies??

Tiger Woods - Drama, Drama, and MORE Drama

If you haven't heard of the drama going down with Tiger Woods and his wife Elin in the past couple of days, where have you been? It seems like every couple of hours, there's a new update on the drama that is unfolding between the couple.

To start off the string, early last week it was reported that Tiger was having an affair with a woman named Rachel Uchitel. Then, in the wee hours of Friday morning, he got into a minor accident in front of his house, hitting a fire extinguisher and tree (who does that??), when his wife miracously comes to the rescue, busting out his back window with a golf club to save him. But wait, there's more! Not too long after the crash was reported, many reports were then linking the two events, saying that Tiger and Elin were in an argument, causing him to leave, and Elin to rush out behind him in a rage and bust the back window. THEN today, several reports surfaced of police trying to contact Woods regarding the crash. He then responded, releasing a statement basically saying he was fine and to leave him alone (with no response to the affair accusations). Hours after his statement was released, and the latest to add to the string of drama (I'm sure there will be more), Tiger has BACKED OUT of his last scheduled tounament of the year in California due to "injuries sustained in a one-car accident". *whew* Now THAT is alot of drama to happen within a week's time. I need to take a breath after all that! OK... here goes my thoughts..

Drama #1: Affair accusation - both sides (Tiger and Rachel) are denying that the reports are true, but then, Drama #2 happens. How in the world can you casually crash into a tree and fire hydrant at or around 2 a.m. if you are not a.) under the influence of something or b.) running from your wife who is enraged, rightfully so, about learning the truth of your affair. I can't believe Tiger when he says it was just a casual accident; especially after he denied talking to police about the accident. He is definately hiding something, and I am leaning towards the affair side of things. Elin may have taken the Britney Spears Craziness route by bashing his window with a golf club (at least Elin didn't shave her head), but ... how the hell would you feel to learn through the press about an affair your husband is having?! And then to top everything off, Tiger pulls out of the tournament?! The only reasoning that comes to mind for that is not what he claims - of injuries due to an accident (which, by the way, if you're going less than 30 mph and only get scratches on your face, how does that make you incapable of swinging a golf club? - IT DOESN'T). But it is signs of his wife being so damn pissed off at him that she threatens to leave him, and he stays home so she can't leave while he's out. If I were her, I sure as hell would!

I am amazed at all that Tiger has gone through in the past week, but I have to say that I'm fully on Elin's side! What do you think?

Ashley Greene aka Alice in Twilight

I'm sure we've all seen pictures, or at least heard of by now, of all the cast of The Twilight Saga. For me though, I am drawn to one cast member more than others, Ashley Greene. She is an amazing actress, beautiful, and just an all around likable person. It is a little weird, though, to see someone star in movies and be on the covers of magazines, when she used to walk the halls of your highschool with you. Yes, I shared some classes with Ashley, and maybe that's why I'm drawn to her. Part of me still can't believe that someone from Jacksonville, Florida could be a star and so successful in Hollywood. There have been others that went to Wolfson High that dabbled in the LA Scene, but none that have had the success that Ashley has had. This aspires me. Aspires me to reach for my goals and do what I love doing, no matter the cost and eventually it will pay off. Seeing what her success has brought her, and where she is going with that success, makes me just want to watch her more and more in awe (and maybe slight jealousy). Having appeared in Maxim, not once, but twice now.... Ashley, I say to you, keep it up. You're an amazing person. Even though we were never that close, more acquaintences than friends, you have inspired me to reach for my dreams and goals. I wish you all the more success in whatever the future may bring for you!

White House Party Crashers

A few days ago, it was reported that a couple was able to get into an invite-only dinner party at the white house, mingling with guests and taking pictures with various people without arousing suspicion from security. This couple, aspiring to star on a new Reality TV Show, Housewives of Washington, D.C., even managed to get some pictures with the Marines who were stationed there at the party to keep unwanted guests out!! Later, those pictures were then posted on facebook. Hearing this news somewhat disturbed me. If security is handed a list with over 300 names on it, the actual people that were invited, do they actually check the list as people line up to get in? What if this weren't just a harmless couple trying to mingle with the VP and Indian prime minister? What if they were trying to get in as a test for future endeavers that might be more harmful? The 'what ifs' could continue on... So naturally, when word was released that the Secret Service was looking into the couple.. I felt relieved. If it was that easy to get into a White House Dinner Party, that was supposed to be invite only, then how easy would it be for a dangerous person(s) to put our country in a crisis... again. I think the Secret Service seriously needs to reevaluate their sense of security for the smaller events. Seems that while they have focused so much time and attention on the larger venues and might have lacked on the smaller ones. Experts say the couple could go to jail for trespassing and face a felony for misrepresentation, and I hope they do. Justice needs to be served..

White House Turkey Spared

A turkey that was delivered to the White House, named Courage, was pardoned by President Obama, thanks to daughters Sasha and Malia. The two did not want the turkey slain, so instead, Courage the Turkey will be Grand Marshall of the Thanksgiving Parade in Disneyland. That's one lucky turkey! In other Presidential turkey day news, on Thanksgiving Eve, the Obamas volunteered at Martha's Table House to hand out turkeys and groceries to families in need. This is the part of Obamas that I like.. going out of their way to help people in need, other than just blabbing behind a microphone about how you're going to GET people to do that for you...

Courteney Cox Resumes Filming of Cougar Town

Courteney Cox will resume filming of her show, Cougar Town on November 30th. Glad everyone is okay, whatever the emergency matter was, and glad filming will resume.

This show is the funniest I've seen in a long time! I'm so happy!

Adam Lambert - "That's Discrimination"

Adam Lambert was expected to wow everyone with his closing performance at the American Music Awards Sunday night, but was it the wow everyone was expecting? Adam shared an onstage kiss with a male keyboardist, and if that wasn't enough, some 'bump and grind' dancing was shared with another male cast member. Earlier this year in Rolling Stone Magazine, Adam Lambert came out of the closet, so to speak, so this should not come to a surprise to anyone. I know it didn't to me. But what does come to a surprise was that the TV Network then edited and cut out the parts of his performance that portrayed his selective lifestyle. Adam Lambert is now claiming 'discrimination', and I have to say that I agree with him on this one. Yes, I have been an Adam Lambert fan since the first time we saw him at the American Idol Auditions, but that is not what puts me on his side. A few years ago, wasn't it the Video Music Awards where Madonna and Britney Spears shared an onstage kiss?? Was that edited for playback? I don't think so. This society seems to be okay with a little girl on girl action, but not okay with the reverse aspect. I'm not saying I'm for or against anything, but I do believe that people have a choice on how they choose to live their life, and we must respect their decisions and accept them for who they are. There are probably many people out there who disagree with me, and that's ok. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. But this is America people! The land of the free! Doesn't that include freedom to live your life how you want? He's not commiting a crime, not hurting anyone. I can see that I'm getting off on a tanget, so I'll wrap this up quick. For years, women artists have been living their lives provocativly in the spotlight, and no censorship or editing was made. For this to happen now, when a male is simply doing the same as what women have done for years, is just not right. Adam Lambert is right in his choice of words, It's just plain discrimination!

Jon & Kate Gosselin

So it seems the divorce of Jon and Kate Gosselin has just about come to a close. At their all day mediation hearing on Saturday, Jon showed up with a bouquet of roses for Kate. He called it a 'peace offering', but Kate refused to accept the gift. I have one thought about this... Why would you give your soon to be ex-wife a 'peace offering' on the day that your marriage of 10 years is coming to a close? Kate seemed to think it was more of Jon commiting another one if his infamous publicity stunts, and to be honest, I have to agree with her! After everything he's done to her through the media, ie: his public relationship with new girlfriend Haley, his 'fling' with 'the other kate', his accusations of Kate spending her part of their money on manicures and coffee... the list goes on. In regards to the money, a manicure and coffee is alot better than spending God knows how much on a trip to some tropical paradise with a new lover, when you just announced separation from your spouse two weeks from then. Jon is a complete scumbag and the gesture of bringing roses on the final day of their marriage proves it! I could go on and on, but I think you guys get the point. I know this won't be the last we see of these two, famous for their eight kids, but I hope from here on out, things are somewhat positive (mainly on Kate's side)....

Courteney Cox Halts Filming of Cougar Town

I am very sad to hear that Courteney Cox has had a family emergency and has halted the filming of Cougar Town. This show was freakin hilarious! If you haven't watched it, you should start once filming resumes! I hope it's sooner rather than later...

Heidi Klum Takes Seal's Last Name

oooh oooh!! This just proves what I said in my earlier post! Friday, it was confirmed that Heidi Klum has officially taken the last name of her husband, Seal!!! She is now, THE Heidi Samuel! Her reasoning: "marriage". You go Heidi!

One of Miley Cyrus' Tour Buses Overturned

Ok so I'll make this quick, because I really don't care too much for Miley, but.. in case you haven't heard, one of Miley's four tour buses (count them.. four, cuz you know she can be four places at once) over turned in North Carolina yesterday. And.. I have to admit, the first question that popped into my head once I read this, Was Miley on the bus?!? (wishful thinking). Miley unfortunately was not on the bus, so I guess this means that 1. we must hear how 'deeply saddened' she is to lose one of her team members. When really, she's thinking, 'Damn, now i'm one bus short! How am I going to liveeee??? Three buses just is NOT enough for me. I mean, I'M MILEY!'

Jordin Sparks Sick

We all remember the Jordin Sparks, winner of American Idol, Season 6. She's cute, got a good set of pipes, and wrote some pretty good songs. But what caught my eye today was that she's in the hospital. Suffering from acute appendicitis, Jordin had to have her appendix removed. *gasp* What does that mean? She's normal... like the rest of us! OMG? A celebrity... is.. normal?? But what I couldnt get over was her twit pic of herself in the hospital bed. That is what made me say awww... You can tell that she's the sweetest person, and just so down to earth. I mean.. look at her, with her teddy bears in hand. I have to say it one more time... awwww! Get well soon Jordin!

Oprah Show Ending

If you haven't heard, Oprah has announced that she will be concluding her show after the next season, which will be the 25th anniversary of The Oprah Show. I'm sure this is sad news to all the stay at home moms out there who look forward to each late afternooon showing, even if it is a rerun that has been seen a million times. But what I cant wait to see, is the specials that are going to take place on the last and final season. I mean, she's given away vacations, cars to every person in the audience, and the list goes on. Heidi Klum

This woman never ceases to amaze me. Number One: She's always radiant. Number Two: She's always radiant. Number Three: She's always radiant. Even five weeks after having her fourth child, daughter, Lou, she's smiling and struttin her stuff on the runway! She knows she's good at being sexy, and utterly amazing. She loves her husband of almost 5 years now, Seal, and despite their work keeping them miles apart, you can tell their bond is strong.

She started at Victoria's Secret being the model that tried too hard to fit in with the other 'angels', but.. look who's on top now!

Heidi, keep struttin your stuff as we all watch in awe (and maybe some slight jealousy)..

Before She Was Famous: Lady GaGa

Am I the only person in this world that thinks Lady GaGa is a piece of work? I mean, those outfits! I can't imagine what goes through her head when she gets dressed everyday. I wonder... when she's in those get-ups, what if she has a dire need to go to the restroom? Would she have to do the waddle to the restroom with one of her costume artists to help her get out of the contraption?

Well, she still does the weird movements and flailing around, but other than that, I thought it was pretty good. Not the best, but something she should have built on. Now only if she could have stuck to that type of clothing.....aka: normal. But.. I guess if she was 'normal', she wouldn't be Lady GaGa, and we wouldn't have anything to write about.

Twilight: New Moon

I thought this was an appropriate first celeb post since today is the opening day of the movie. Ok so New Moon got three out of five stars. Hm... did the movie critics read the book?? All I'm seeing is that Bella (Kristin Stewart) is very 'depressed' in the film because Edward left her, and this makes the whole thing dark and gloomy. Well guys, I'm sorry, but that is exactly what happened in the book. And the number one sign of a good movie making, based on a book, is one that actually follows the book. I may be speaking too soon, since I'm not one of the people who are obsessed and stay up til 12am to see the opening showing time, but I have a pretty good feeling my accusations are not far off.

-Bella, you have a right to be depressed! Dont let them get you down! The man of your dreams has left you!~cough. Ok, let's be real. The number one thing that I am drawn to is her hairline. She dawns a wig due to her role in The Runaways as Joan Jett, which she chopped her hair for... literally. It seems as though she took a razor blade to her hair and just went nuts! In my opinion, I would have worn a wig for THAT role, and kept the natural locks for The Twilight Saga. BUT.. that's just me.

-Now on to Jacob (Taylor Lautner). I have to say that the transformation he made from scrawny indian boy in 'Twilight" to hello muscles werewolf in "New Moon" is impressive. He must have added a good 20 pounds in muscle.. and let's hope he did it the legal way, with working out and weightlifting, as opposed to the illegal way, with steroids! So to Jacob, I mean, Taylor... touche!

-Edward, Edward.. the star of the show... I am quite tired of seeing and hearing so much about you, really. But.. THEN.. I heard his voice. His real voice... a british accent, not leaving much to the imagination. He definately made up for his, I want to be different and not announce my admiration for Kristin Stewart to the world, and won himself some stars in my book. As far as his acting in the movie, well I guess I'll figure that out once I see it.

So I've decided to take my habit of constant celeb dirt searching and thoughts to a blog. Not sure how this is going to turn out, but here goes nothing!

I call myself the celebista (celebista is my play on fashionista). A fashionista is a person devoted to fashion and fashion clothing, usually particular to high fashion. Hence, a celebista is a person devoted to celebrities and the lifestyle said celebrities live, particular to their routine happenings. Through this blog, I will post my thoughts related to each celeb topic.

My goal after college is to become an entertainment news journalist/reporter. I find nothing more entertaining than reading and watching the latest celebrity highs and lows, and sharing my thoughts and views about them. So without further ado, I will begin my explorations!
